It was sort of a thrown together last minute Easter dinner. My mom and Kellie had to work but my step-dad, Dave and younger sister Bonnie were able to make it over for dinner. Jason worked (but not too late) so I smoked a ham on the Traeger. We also enjoyed some mashed potatoes, scalloped corn, green beans, rolls, fruit salad and apple pie. It was all very tasty.
