We were incredibly blessed this month. Jason was able to go moose hunting near Spokane and was fortunate enough to get one. He didn't anticipate getting one on his "scouting" trip but was glad to bring one home this weekend. He unexpectedly had to spend the next 4 days butchering and processing the meat. This picture was taken while we were packaging up the grind. We love that Autumn wanted to be part of the process. It's pretty cool that she can tell you exactly where her food comes from.
