cross country

Today we got to join a friend of mine at Lake Sammamish State Park for a cross country meet. Her husband is a coach at one of the local high schools so she was there to support him and his runners. Autumn loved joining in on the cheering as you can see from her rining the cowbell. It was pretty exciting and took me back to the days when I ran in cross country.
